QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• 1-2 years experience as a Design Room Assistant

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plotter operations ensure correct paperwork and samples are attached to markers and documented as such the issuing of samples and completed markers to be dispatched.
• Ensure paper levels are maintained to prevent delays.
• Monitor cartridge ink levels and ensure that new cartridges are ordered timeously to avoid delays.
• Plotters need to be monitored for any/all issues that may arise i.e. paper/cartridge change, etc. Markers need to be delivered on time to meet deadlines.
• No SOP. Measurement is based on the speed of the machine.
• Reports to superior in event of machine failures.
• Prompt notification of the above.
• Execute urgent deadlines to prevent cancellations and losing space in factories.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards in the plotter room
• Computer literacy, good communication skills, diligence, and punctuality.
• Dependable, dedicated, and a team player.
• Good communication skills and ability to take instructions well.
• Ensure smooth operation processes of plotters.
