Senwes Equipment is seeking a dedicated and organised Admin Clerk: Branch (Equipment) to support the effective functioning of the branch through accurate and efficient administrative processes.
In this role, you will assist with receiving and capturing stock, verifying deliveries, handling supplier queries, and ensuring accurate system updates. You will support financial administration processes including bank deposits, credit notes, petty cash, fuel reconciliations, and daily POS and SAP reporting. The position also involves general administration, SHEQ documentation, stock ordering, monitoring stock levels, processing purchase orders, and liaising with vendors to ensure smooth stock flow and availability.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
- Previous administrative experience (advantageous)
- Knowledge of SAP systems (advantageous)
- Strong numerical and reconciliation skills
- Good planning and organisational ability
- High attention to detail and accuracy
