Purpose Statement

To execute the client account opening process (client onboarding) for Business Bank clients, focusing on sustainable value, optimal productivity, and end-to-end customer satisfaction.

Minimum Experience:

  • 2+ years of administration/processing experience preferably in retail banking 
  • 1 – 2 years of electronic banking and credit card experience 

Requirements(Minimum)

  • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
  • Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)

Minimum (Knowledge):

  • Knowledge and    understanding of document processing and management principles
  • Understanding of the concepts of client service and efficiencies
  • Working in an environment of repetitive tasks

Ideal:

  • Knowledge of Business Bank products and services
  • System and reporting knowledge: BaNCS, BaNCSConnect, Debit Card (Postilian), Credit Card Prime & On-line systems, Footprints, Ghost Conveyor system, CIPRO, ITC/ Transunion, ODS reports
