The Key Purpose of this role is to provide administrative support.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Providing full secretarial support to the Plant Manager and Departments
- General secretarial functions such as typing, filing, answering telephone, taking minutes of meetings and office administration for the department
- Diary management for the Plant Manager and selected HOD’s, including setting up appointments and venues for the entire team
- Handling day-to-day queries and correspondence
- Cost Centre management, e.g. PR/POs on SAP and follow‑up of outstanding vendor invoices
- Preparing reports and presentations using Microsoft Office
- Planning and organizing meetings, teambuilding, communication sessions, workshops (in-house and off‑site)
- Ensuring logistical support for plant events
HR Administrative Functions:
- Cell phone administration
- O&G orders on SAP
- Bar Administration Manager (stock orders for the Bars)
- HR admin and filing
- Sending out time error reports to all departments
- PO creation and GL management
- Relocation assistance
- Ordering stationery, catering, and other supplies
- Managing ordering of cellular phones and laptops and following up on repairs
- Assisting team members with required administrative tasks

Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate
- Qualification in Secretarial field (advantageous)
- 2–3 years’ experience in a Secretarial or Administrative environment
- Fully computer literate in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- SAP experience essential
